Sitting above Golden at North Table Mountain, this popular cliff band faces south & west, so it makes for comfortable winter/cold weather rock climbing.
Lava flows formed North Table Mountain and its sister mesa, South Table Mountain, about 60 million years ago. Today, North Table Mountain Park visitors enjoy panoramic views, 15-plus miles of trails and breath-taking rock climbing.
Parking
This is a dirt parking lot for 20 - 30 cars with a bathroom. There is also a upper lot with about the same amount of parking.
