Also east of the pass and north of Roslyn, you’ll find Hex Mountain, a popular snowshoe route for day-trippers. It’s a seven mile out-and-back with excellent panoramic views from the top on a clear day!

Parking is extremely limited at this location. Please note that parking anywhere else on Salmon La Sac Road is not allowed during the winter due to plowing. If there are no parking spaces here, please consider heading to a different hike for the day as parking is enforced in the area.
