Leo Carrillo State Park Campground is northwest of Malibu's popular Zuma Beach. Carrillo State Park consists of a cluster of pocket beaches off the Pacific Coast Highway.

Leo Carrillo State Park Campground features 130 campsites which can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. The campground has hot showers, a camp store, and a campfire center.

Electrical hook-ups for some sites were added in 2015-16. Campsites are well shaded by oaks and offer more privacy than most beach campgrounds to the south. A trail from the campground leads down to the beach.
