This is a good place to park if you want to road ride through Red Rocks. It's best to check the Red Rocks website to see if a concert going on. Link is included in the website button below.
You can also ride over Dinosaur Ridge, which has a fun descent and access 470 bike path, which will lead to Bear Creek bike path into Morrison.
The featured loop includes riding through Red Rocks, Dinosaur ridge, Morrison, and then back up through Red Rocks. There are some steep It's a beautiful ride!
There are usually cars on the road, but they drive slow, so you should not have too many issues. It's a popular area for biking, so we have yet to have any issues with cars while riding here.
You can also ride up the road to the bike path through Golden, starting at Apex Park, but this will require some riding on the shoulder of the road.
10 Parking spots at the intersection of W Alameda Pkwy and Hog Back Rd. Lot may fill up fast on the weekends, but parking is available inside Red Rocks, assuming there isn't a concert.
